Why not demand that Obama resign?  He was in charge of the ultimate government, his minions knew of the issues as much as the governor of Michigan did in all likelihood.  Water tests and similar utilities reports go to Washington and state public health departments as a matter of routine and get buried in a scene like that from Raiders of the Lost Ark.

I know that this is exceeding unlikely in my small city, every subscribing citizen gets the latest water test results as an inclusion in their water bills as well as special tests with a more limited report distribution done from random water samples (participants get copies), I did a lead and copper special sampling and the results came back fine.

--------------------------------------

As an aside, the picture of the muddy water coming from the hydrant shown in post 356.9 is very typical of end of line flushes done in most cities from time to time, the static water in the mains collects sludge and sediments over time, especially near the end of lines, scary to behold, I know, I am the terminal user on my particular line, when they flush it, the color is appalling but the water tests are very good for flowing lines.

The water tests are NOT fine in Flint, and the emergency manager, the state epa, and the governor all knew it quite some time ago. If you come up with evidence that Obama also personally knew about it, you go right ahead and call for his resignation.
