I will be writing about my reunion with my friends from America and some from Vancouver Island Lady Riders. . A reunion from all the gals and guys that traveled with me across America on my new bike in May /08 Atrip to never forget internet strangers!!
I will be 54 by the time I set out on my Conga #2 REUNION to Hudson Florida.
What is a Conga?? A dance!! In a short, I dance, (rode) my way from Florida to Vancouver Island, B.C. Canada with interenet friends.... I was afraid to travel alone, so all these wonderful woman and men stepped in that I had met on Woman Who Ride Forum and Vancouver Island Lady Riders.. They escorted me across America. One woman from Vancouver Island jumped in and brought me home from Oregon. She brought a surprise for me.. my two little brothers. She was the only person other than Willi from Mission and my brothers, that I had met personally all across America. I had only met her once for brunch. I had met Willi in Mexico. She had helped me with my plans.
Vancouver Island Lady Riders from home also were some of my biggest supports, watching and being there for when I arrived home safely on the Island. Not to mention SCRC, that I belonged to at home.
