As much as I love the Rainbow Butt Monkeys <aka Finger 11, but I knew them when they were the Butt Monkey’s and so forever that they will be> this isn’t about them and yes they would be crushed.

I have been visiting a great many places in the land of Delphi and there is something going on out there that is DRIVING ME CRAZY!

I believe in people’s right to disagree, hell I even enjoy a good argument, discussion or down right fight, but please STOP taking your fights to 7.5 million threads throughout a forum… hell, for that matter,  leave it on one forum and stop taking it through half of Delphi will ya?
And PLEASE if you do nothing else, do this… if you are insistent on creating a bazillion and a half threads on a single issue at least have the courtesy to link back to the main issue somewhere in the new thread; there is nothing more annoying to someone as nosy as I am as not being able to go back and find out what all the hubbub is about.
Yes I know it is a lot to ask, but if you are going to make Swiss cheese of a place, you might want to fill in the blanks a little bit.

Not everyone has the time schedule or the inclination to be on Delphi every single waking moment and some of us can become extremely lost and incredibly frustrated when a forum that was once rich in content suddenly becomes the all about me show and we don’t have a clue what happened, how it happened, what the scuffle is in reference to or when it all took place.
See? I’m an easy to get along with girl. I’m not asking you to stop fighting; I’m just asking you to let me know what you are fighting over so that you don’t look like buffoons whilst I look like a fish out of water… fair enough?

Oh and one more thing…

If someone isn’t exhibiting the need to be defended then DON’T DO IT.  There is nothing more insulting than to have someone take up your cause without them asking you to do it.
I have had this happen to me in the past and it makes me more angry at my defender than I was at the person I was arguing with. As well meaning as the gesture might be, it gives an air of weakness, or at the very least frailty and that is not an endearing quality to have bestowed upon the public perception of that which you are.

In the past I have had well meaning people question my choices, speak for me and about me all for the most part with well meaning intentions and all that it has done was insulted me. It is quite the insult to have someone assume that I have not thought out my choices, that I would need someone to speak for me or on behalf of me when that person, unless close enough to me to share my bed, has no clue what it is I really want and has no idea what it is I would say or meant to say.

But I’m not one for having to mop up other people’s messes; if it floats your boat; then good on ya.

And one last thing before I go… Since I know that they would be disappointed if I didn’t...
